Ken BlockKenneth G.Block, SIOR, CCIM

Kenneth G. Block is the owner of Pinnacle Construction Group and the managing principal of Block Real Estate Services, LLC. He entered the real estate field in 1975 and specializes in investment sales and development of industrial, office, and business park properties. To date, he has been involved in the development of over 215 buildings with a total value in excess of $1.0 billion. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $2.1 billion of property sales and dispositions in all asset classes.

Ken is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate brokerage, development, construction, financing, syndication, leasing and marketing. Shawn HandyShawn Handy
Vice President of Operations

Since joining the Pinnacle Construction Group in June of 2007, Shawn Handy has lead the way in expanding the company and the services offered. He brings his unique perspective, experience and pride in a job well done to every project he works on, which results in a high quality finished product for his client. His hard work and attention to detail has earned him the respect and trust of the Owners, Tenants and Contractors that he has worked with throughout his career.

Shawn has extensive experience handling all aspects of construction management which include: pre-construction services, design development, design assist, LEED, and project closeout. He has consistently shown his ability to manage an array of projects including multi-site and single site development, shell building construction, building expansion, commercial development, build-to-suit, and tenant finish work. The ability to manage this depth of product stems from both the hard work that he is willing to put into a project and the knowledge that he has acquired working in the construction field. Brad SimmaBrad Simma, CCIM
Vice President

As Vice President, Brad is charged with the oversight of business developement and financials at PCG. In addition to his background in engineering, Brad has extensive experience handling all aspects of construction management and owners representation services – from pre-construction services and design development to contract administration and project closeout.

Brad is pursuing a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation with the US Green Building Council and has recently received his designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Read Brad's Bio...
